Countdown to Improved Datex Support!
To help streamline our support process Datex Support has implemented an online Support Request Form to be used for all support requests, anytime. This will allow immediate submission of your support issue with all the information we need to get you back up and running as soon as possible.
Starting March 1st, all support requests must be submitted through the Support Request Form.
Please feel free to start using the form anytime before March 1st.

During this time, our first-level team are on the phones and computers ready to help. If you require emergency assistance outside normal business hours, Datex has representatives on call to receive your request
