Datex prefers to promote from within and encourages team members to continually pursue training, participate in industry associations and remain up-to-date on issues, trends, industry best practices, etc.  Because of this, most of our team has worked for Datex for several years or more, often in more than one role or department.  This helps provide team members with a broader perspective and access to an array of resources with which to help our clients.
