As the years progressed,
Datex expanded to provide software tools for warehousing, supply chain management and inventory management for third party logistics, warehousing and distribution service providers and manufacturers. Datex develops supply chain solutions, including warehouse management software, procurement software, light manufacturing software, sales force automation software and cartonization software. Using the latest technology available from Microsoft, Datex developed state-of-the-art software solutions using in house developers and has never expanded through acquisition of other companies or their software. Datex software solutions have improved and grown organically through enhancements made in collaboration with clients and incorporation of best practices. Datex has worked hard to continually improve its software to meet the dynamic needs of the industries and clients it serves.
In 2011, Datex again expanded by offering an array of professional services including managed services such as disaster recovery, SQL server management, mobile device management and other services for Datex FootPrint® WMS clients.
Datex employs a variety of industry professionals with expertise, education and experience in supply chain and logistics, manufacturing and Information Technology. Several Datex professionals have been featured as prominent speakers for industry events and contributors to publications such as Global Cold Chain Alliance (GCCA) Assembly of Committees, Courier Magazine and more.
