Protecting the Health of Our Employees and Clients
We continue to follow and comply with Center for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO) requirements, as well as local, state, and federal recommendations for business travel. As a result, we have limited business travel and postponed our participation in large events. In addition, our employees are fully equipped to work remotely and interact with clients and partners using remote productivity tools.
Ensuring Business Continuity
Datex has strong business continuity plans and protocols in place to ensure that our business and your business run smoothly during times of disruption. We have had to tap into these in the past during national and international events, and we are confident that these will see us through this new situation.
Maintaining Your White Glove Experience
Datex remains fully prepared to deliver its high standard of white glove concierge service with continued support to you without disruption. Datex has multiple global offices and security protocols that will assist us in providing services to our clients with continued operations twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year (366 days in this leap year).
