Datex IT Services will the following services for handheld devices: device preparation, installation, device management, training, help desk, spare pool management, unit repair, service contract management, asset tracking and other services. In addition, Datex provides a portal so that customers can track the hub location, error history, data usage, serial numbers and other relevant data.
Additional services include: backups, upgrades, desktop maintenance, database monitoring, device and server monitoring, asset management, help desk, remote control and security management. As part of the service package, Datex includes an option to add SOTI Mobicontrol, the award winning software that manages, supports and secures mobile field devices. Services are available now nationwide.
