Datex Announces New Director of Technical Support, Angie Culp

In business since 1978, award-winning warehousing solutions software developer Datex continues to expand to meet the needs of its growing client base. The WMS technology solutions provider recently reported that Angie Culp has been promoted to the role of Director of Technical Support.
Having previously worked for 25 years in the logistics industry, with 10 years in operations and 15 years in support, Ms. Culp now oversees a team of support technicians and is responsible for ensuring that customers’ daily support tickets are being responded to in a timely and accurate manner. As part of her new role, she is building the infrastructure, reporting, and tools her team will need to provide enhanced support in the years to come. In her 11-month tenure at Datex, Ms. Culp’s previous roles were as a Support Resource and Support Manager.
