Developed with input from a major Canadian Engineering Procurement Construction Management (EPCM) firm, Datex Footprint® WMS procurement module includes features specifically for EPCM professionals such as the ability to manage purchase order revisions, create and manage construction contracts and revisions, provide bid analysis and track assets and inventory. Datex Footprint® WMS procurement module can help engineering consultants to facilitate solid procurement practices and procedures to ensure adherence with contract specifications for each construction management project they handle.
EPCM firms will now be able to provide added assurance to their clients regarding their ability to properly manage purchase orders, assets and contracts, develop project estimates, establish budget controls and manage both pre- and post- award contracting activities for construction & project management. Datex Footprint® WMS can be used with a web portal to provide real time visibility and allows users to monitor the approval process, revisions and purchase orders to ensure critical cost control. When used properly, Datex Footprint® WMS will confirm that the services and products are delivered according to the contract specifications, track assets and inventory and bulk material purchases.
