| Position: .NET Object Oriented Software Architects: Ref (OOP) |
We need enterprise level Object Oriented Programming software engineers with experience on the .NET platform, applying new as well as existing technologies and techniques to produce software solutions. Demonstrable knowledge of data access technologies, XML integration, multi-tiered development and Win Forms experience is must.

| Mandatory - |
- Strong knowledge and understanding of object oriented programming (OOP)
- Understanding of, and experience with, the .NET platform
- Understanding of, and experience with, the Three Tiered applications
- SQL Server query development
- Win Forms development
- Experience with efficient use of 3rd party tools and components
- Understanding of the .Net Serialization process
- Experience with Web Services and/or .Net Remoting

Optional - |
- Experience developing SDK or components
- Experience with ORM technologies
- Good troubleshooting skills
- SQL Server design, troubleshooting, and basic administration
- Experience developing workflow applications
- Proven experience in .NET 2.0

| Qualification: |
Post Graduates in Science/ B.E./ B.Tech/ MCM/ MCA/ MCS with excellent academic records.
