Datex provides various support services to assist you in fulfilling your supply chain requirements.

At Datex, we believe our customers deserve more than a software package and instruction manual. Our goal is to ensure you receive the most benefit possible from your management system. In the event you feel something isn’t performing properly or you simply have questions, we’re here to help. Our state-of-the-art customer relationship management (CRM) system tracks all requests and issues specific to you and your company ensuring nothing slips through the cracks and solutions are reached in a timely fashion. All support requests are channeled through our first-level support team who are capable of fixing most problems you may incur. In the event first-level support is unable to resolve your issue, we will use all of our resources including business analysts, developers or a member of the management team to get to the bottom of the problem. In addition to receiving support, maintaining a current support agreement with Datex entitles you to free upgrades as they become available.

Normal Support Hours

8am– 8pm ET, Monday through Friday.

During this time, our first-level team are on the phones and computers ready to help. If you require emergency assistance outside normal business hours, Datex has representatives on call to receive your request.
