This course is designed for system administrators and warehouse managers who are responsible for maintaining and administering FootPrint. Students will learn techniques and procedures for managing their warehouse management solutions, as well as administrative tasks to help you keep your system running and how to prepare for unfortunate events.
FootPrint is an open system with the data in it belonging to the customer. We encourage the integration of FootPrint with other systems and place no restrictions on what you can do with the SQL database. This course is delivered by a database engineer and is usually done as a one-on-one class. It is designed for system administrators and advanced users who want to understand exactly how FootPrint works and are considering integrating it with other systems. Students will learn advanced techniques used to troubleshoot and customize FootPrint. Students will be given a detailed overview of the SQL tables in the FootPrint database and how to use that data.
Available to customers & partners.This course is designed for Datex Partners who want to become more familiar with the Implementation and Setup process of the Datex FootPrint software. Students will learn in depth details of master files, the installation process, rules, and security concerns. SQL setup and configuration are discussed, along with an overview of hardware. This course touches on interfacing EDI applications with FootPrint and how to import existing information into the software.
