 St. Paul, MN (October 3rd, 2007) - Advanced Distribution and Logistics, a new third party logistics company in St. Paul, Minnesota, has selected Datex International to implement its 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS) at their facility in order to provide clients with top of the line technology and service.
Advanced Distribution and Logistics provides an alternative for small, mid-sized and large companies in need of third party logistics warehousing and distribution. The company has a combination of 30 years of experience in warehousing, shipping and technology management. Datex International will implement their 3PL WMS solution at the facility in St. Paul Park, MN. The implementation process will start after the completion of the Business Process Analysis where Datex's logistics analysts will gather all the requirements needed to suit the needs of Advanced Distribution and its clients. Datex EX 3PL WMS solution is based on the use of RF and barcode technology providing real-time information of all the operations (inbound and outbound) and increasing visibility of customer’s inventory levels. The system provides serial control, lot control, pallet tracking and different stock rotation processes allowing users to track virtually any kind of product.
