Clearwater, FL (October 12, 2006) Datex International announces the Strategic Alliance with two new Business Partners in Latin America, Managers Asociados from Chile and Megabyte Center from Panama. With the additions of these new partnerships, Datex is expanding its presence in Latin America to cover markets such as Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, Costa Rica, Chile and Panama.
The new business partners add all of Datex EX Supply Chain Management software to their array of products and services. These solutions include Datex EX Warehouse Management System, WMS 3PL Software, E-Portal, and Inventory Management System. Datex supply chain software solutions provide real-time information, reduce picking/shipping errors, improve inventory count accuracy, increase employee productivity, improve labor management and reporting, and increase supply chain visibility among other benefits.
 Megabyte Center was founded in 1990 in Panama City, Panama, dedicated to offering high tech products, solutions and services to corporate clients. With many years of experience, Megabyte offers all kinds of barcode solutions to different vertical markets such as warehousing, manufacturing companies, supermarkets, and banks among many others. Megabyte is an authorized reseller for Symbol Technologies, Zebra, Checkpoint and now Datex Supply Chain Solutions.
 Managers Asociados is a newly created company in Santiago, Chile dedicated to offering consulting services to businesses in all markets with a high specialization in logistics and technology integration. Although a recently created company, the founders offer many years of first hand experience having done several technology and logistics implementations.
