Macon, Georgia, November 30, 2005 - Stanford Refrigerated Warehouses of Macon, Georgia, has selected Datex Corporation as their WMS solution provider. The Datex EX 3PL Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be implemented throughout Stanford’s 150,000 square-foot operation. This WMS solution will utilize data capture hardware by Psion Teklogix.
Stanford Refrigerated Warehouses is a public refrigerated warehouse company located in Macon, Georgia, convenient to Interstates 75 and 16. Stanford offers freezer and cooler storage, blast freezing, export services, trucking and rail service. Stanford Refrigerated Warehouses consists of three facilities in Middle Georgia totaling 150,000 square feet of freezer storage, 80,000 square feet of cooler storage, and a blast freezing capacity of 280,000 pounds a day.
