Guatemala City (March 29th, 2006) - Datex Corporation attended Symbol’s Partner Day in Guatemala City. In order to increase their presence in the Latin American market, Symbol Technologies prepared this event to gather all their partners in the area. At this time, the target market was Central America, where Symbol coordinated an event for local partners that included countries such as Guatemala, Costa Rica, Salvador, Honduras, and Panama.
The event that took place in the Hotel Real Intercontinental in Guatemala City was a complete success with approximately 39 attendees of 20 different Symbol Partners, where Symbol developed an interactive presentation including the latest Symbol releases, trends, strategies, and a very interesting presentation about RFID technology.
Datex Corporation was invited as a Supply Chain Software Solutions provider with proven success in the software systems industry for the Spanish speaking market. At the end of the presentation, Symbol opened the workshop where Datex had the opportunity to meet with different Symbol Partners in Central America, by offering our main Supply Chain Software Solutions: WMS, 3PL, IMS, MSFA, and FSMS. Datex participation in this event is part of its strategic plan to continue growing in the different Latin American markets through the establishment of Channel Partners.
