Datex OutField Field Service Management Software (FSMS) is composed of a host computer and handheld equipment. The host computer is used to create the orders, maintain and track your personnel, view detailed reports, track your supplies, etc. The completion of the work orders, maintenance and repair services are completed in the handhelds.
There are 2 ways to synchronize the information between FSMS host computer and handhelds:
- Batch: this mode will synchronize the information in groups or batch. It can be done through craddles or WiFi (WLAN).
- Real-time: this mode will synchronize the information while your technicians are out in the field. It can be done as a semi-batch synchronization or as continuous remote sync. Either way, you will not have to wait until they return from the field to get updates.
View Work Orders
With OutField field service management software you can create, modify or delete work orders. You can also view them by location, work order number, date, etc. |
View Employees
With OutField field service management software you can add, modify or delete employees from your lists. All the information related to a particular employee can be viewed, including crew, id and password.

View Supplies With OutField field service management software you can see the list of the supplies in inventory and those used per work order. You can pre-establish the supplies used for each work order. Field Technicians can also add supplies while in the field in case needed.
You can establish an alarm when supplies fall below a certain level so you do not have to delay work orders because of a shortage in supplies. |
Reporting Capabilities
